The Samurai class in Pinole is developed for pre-school and kindergarten children.

It's never too early for children to start developing good habits. Martial arts is the perfect vehicle to get them started. We start evaluating children at 4 1/2 to see if the class is currently right for them.

The class is divided into three dimensions:

• Physical Fitness through creative, fun, and developmental drills, children learn at an early age the value of being physically active.
• Development of Gross Motor Skills such as hand eye coordination and compound movements.
• Life skills curriculum of the class where children receive all of the intangible benefits that the martial arts instill such as respect, self-discipline, and confidence.
